Here's a simple step on how to claim cover for a damaged parcel:
Please take clear photos of the damage, including:
- The packaging,
- The parcel label (clearly displaying the reference number), and
- The damaged item.
Rest assured, we'll take care of the rest to ensure you receive your refund or store credit promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
Initiating a Return or Exchange:

Timeframe for Returns:
- Items must be returned along with a tracking number within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we won't be able to process any return requests after this 14-day period.
Return Conditions:
- Ensure the item is sent back in its original box, maintaining its original condition. For lampshades, please take care to avoid any creases.
Return Postage:
- Return postage is at the customer's expense.
