First off, the costumer service is hands down a 5 star service, even wishing you a happy holiday after buying the product, they do not leave you hanging ,for anything! That goes a long way. For the product , everything is quality, the plug needs to be mentioned , excellent quality cord and switch ,quality wood is very nicely detailed ,and the packaging, my goodness, couldn't ask for better, well done , i put a nice red light at night,gives a nice ambience . Cons, well, i really really wish it was higher , but after looking at another competitor, their rocket lamps were much , much more lower and frankly this rocketlamp offers colour options and looked better than the one offered in my own country (canada) . Maybe all rocket lamps weren't meant to be that high like in the early days so there's that, and it is very light, but is sturdy and doesn't look light (again , it might be the nature of the thin wood for the rocket lamp like in the early days ) that's it ,that's my only nicpic. For people that are saying it is expensive, yes but you are paying for the trade, you are supporting local , it is started from scratch! And it's not made in China ! The made in australia sticker on the box made me very happy! I hope to pass this on after i'm gone and someone who would appreciate it as much as i have, thank you :)
