Claiming for Damage:

While we take great care in packing your parcels securely, we understand that sometimes unforeseen incidents occur.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us to initiate a damage claim within one business day of delivery. This helps ensure a seamless resolution process.

Please take clear photos of the damage, including:

• The parcel label (clearly displaying the reference number), and
• The damaged item.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

Timeframe for Returns:

Items must be returned along with a tracking number within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we won't be able to process any return requests after this 14-day period.

Return Conditions:

Ensure the item is sent back in its original box, maintaining its original condition. For lampshades, please take care to avoid any creases.

Return Postage:

Return postage is at the customer's expense.
